Why hasn't anybody made the connection between Sotomayor and those firemen out in Connecticut who passed the test, but were disqualified from getting a job? But lo and behold, we have some evidence :

I would hope that a wise white man with the richness of his experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a latina woman who hasn't lived that life.
